SKS Solutions was built with one purpose in mind: to help public safety agencies operate with confidence when the mission matters most.

Founded by Shane Seagroves, SKS Solutions brings together years of real-world public safety leadership, incident management experience, search and recovery operations, and technology-driven problem solving. Shane currently serves as Deputy Fire Chief at Northview Fire & Rescue. Shane has spent his career working in and around emergency services, law enforcement operations, fire service leadership, and complex incident response.

At SKS Solutions, we understand that public safety work is not theoretical. The decisions made in the field, on the water, in the command post, or during a search operation can have real consequences. That is why our training and consulting are built around practical experience, proven processes, and tools that can be applied immediately by responders and command staff.
